God morgon! Vi inleder veckan med ett av de riktigt fina amaronesläppen från 2017 - Marions Amarone della Valpolicella.
Jag besökte Stefano och Nicoletta under i september vid höstens klubbresa till Valpolicella. Familjen välkommnar alltid sina gäster med glädje och de tar sig tid för sina besökare. Nu i september gavs möjlighet att prova de nya årgångarna.
Jag har nämnt det tidigare. Aldrig blir det så tydligt som när man besöker en av Valpolicellas skickligaste vinmakare. En solrik årgång som 2017 ger många gånger ett exceptionellt uttryck för viner att njuta av de fem till sex första åren efter skörd.
Marions viner är alltid eleganta och välgjorda. De förkroppsligar ägaren och vinmakaren Stefanos inspiration från franska Bourgogne. Den nya årgången 2017 levererar en fräsch, elegant Amarone med livlig frukt och väl avvägd koncentration.

Restsockerhalt: 4,5 g/l
Lagringspotential: Årgång 2017 är förvisso ung men redan mycket bra. Lufta gärna vinet om du öppnar flaskan under 2021. Drick 2021 - 2026+.
